FARM & TABLE
Land · Community · Flavour
A day that feeds the mind as much as the table.
Farming is wide and hard to explain unless you are in it. This is a privilege few visitors get: access to a large working farm employing up to 1500 women a day during harvest, and supporting directly a school and aftercare programme on site. You learn as much as you want to know and leave understanding something about this country that most people never see.
Then lunch. And this is not what you expect. Tapas style, playful, generous, built around an olive oil infusion demonstration that changes everything you thought you knew. Not olive and bread. Different. You will see.
For: families, couples, curious travellers who want to understand where food comes from
WHAT OUR GUESTS HAVE SAID

"I had no idea what to expect from a working farm visit. What I found was humbling the scale, the people, the community programme. And then that lunch. The infused oils, What a day! "
— Sarah & Tom B., Johannesburg
"Valérie prepared us for something different, and it still exceeded expectations. The farm visit connected us to this country in a way that sightseeing never could. The tapas lunch was the most fun we had all holiday."
— Annika V., Amsterdam
"That olive oil demo. I still think about it."
— Emma T., London
